1. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Event Aroma at least [Three weeks ago] prior to the scheduled event date.
- Cancellations received after the specified deadline may be subject to a [20]% cancellation fee.
2.Refund Policy:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Event Aroma within [25 to 30 working days] of the cancellation notice.
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be processed within [15 business days].
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received [2 weeks] or less before the scheduled event date.
3.Event Postponement:
- In the event of postponement, Event Aroma will make every effort to accommodate the new date. - If the client chooses to cancel due to the rescheduled date, the cancellation policy will apply.
4.Force Majeure:
- Event Aroma reserves the right to cancel or modify an event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
- In such cases, Event Aroma will work with clients to find suitable alternatives or provide a refund, excluding any non-refundable expenses already incurred.
5. Non-Refundable Expenses:
- Certain expenses incurred during the planning process, such as venue deposits, permits, and vendor payments, may be non-refundable.
- Clients will be notified of any non-refundable expenses before they occur.
6.Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and adhering to the timelines outlined in the contract to avoid cancellation fees.
- Any changes to the event details must be communicated promptly in writing.

- Event bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit.
- The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the event details.
2.Payment Terms:
- Payment schedules and amounts are outlined in the agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional fees, and Event Aroma reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received.
3.Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Clients are subject to the cancellation and refund policy as outlined separately in the provided document.
- Non-refundable expenses incurred during the planning process may apply.
4.Event Details and Changes:
- Any changes to event details must be communicated in writing and approved by Event Aroma.
- Event Aroma is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
5.Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and permissions for the event.
- Event Aroma is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
6.Vendor and Third-Party Coordination:
- Event Aroma may engage vendors and third-party services on behalf of the client.
- The client agrees to cooperate with these parties and adhere to their terms and conditions.
7.Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Event Aroma may modify or cancel an event, working with the client to find suitable alternatives.
8.Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property, including event concepts and designs, remains the property of Event Aroma unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
9.Termination of Services:
- Event Aroma reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the agreement or engages in unlawful activities.
10.Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Event Aroma and the client. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Event Aroma reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to clients accordingly.

Payment Terms

By engaging in event management services provided by Event Aroma, clients agree to the following payment terms:
1.Booking and Deposit:
- A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure Event Aroma's services for the specified event date.
- The deposit amount will be communicated and outlined in the agreement.
2.Payment Schedule:
- The client agrees to adhere to the payment schedule detailed in the agreement.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in the agreement.
3.Final Payment:
- The final payment is due on or before [3 days] prior to the scheduled event date.
- Failure to make the final payment may result in the withholding of services.
4.Additional Expenses:
- Clients are responsible for reimbursing Event Aroma for any additional expenses incurred during the planning and execution of the event.
- Such expenses will be communicated to the client in advance.
5. Late Payments:
- Late payments are subject to a [5]% late fee, applied for each [1 days ] the payment is overdue.
- Event Aroma reserves the right to suspend services if payments are consistently delayed.
6.Cancellation Fees:
- In the event of cancellation, the client is subject to the cancellation fees as outlined in the cancellation and refund policy.
7.Method of Payment:
- Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card].
